A spectacularly sparse, yet productively detailed Art Deco poster depicting a French worker holding a Favor brand motorcycle in one hand and a racing bike in the other. The message is clear: The full weight of mechanical excellence goes into every cycle, supported by the pride and skill of the work force behind every ride. Very little is known of Bellenger; thought hi name appears in the annals of the Bibliothèque Nationale, he is singled out exclusively for the five posters he created for the Dufayel department stores.
